On March 8, 2012 Rovio Entertainment announced the brand new Angry Birds series, Angry Birds Space, with an impressive announcement which honestly came out of earth! Rovio worked together with NASA in order to broadcast a video from the International Space Station (Espoo Finland) in a world web announcement at the angrybirds.com/space site!
Angry Birds Space will be completely unique in gameplay and it is going to launch simultaneously on PC and Mac, Android and iOS, animation, merchandise as well as book on March 22. Angry Birds Space will come with 60 brand new levels, fantastic new characters, new weapons! Of course there will be updates with new levels etc!

In the puzzle video game, Angry Birds, developed by Rovio Mobiles, Finland, the birds are launched by the players by slingshot to intentionally kill the pigs placed in or on different structures on the play field. Rovio had released exclusive holiday and several other versions of the game for its promotion. The initial purchaser of the exclusive version of Angry Birds, Apple, had sold out more than 12 million copies of this game.
The victorious combination of low priced, fanatic game play and comical style had earned a lot of praises for the Angry Birds. The success of the Angry Birds had initiated the plans to develop its versions for comfort gaming and PCs alongwith featured characters in market and over all plans for TV shows and Feature films in the long run.
